A rare and desirable relic which symbolizes the international magnitude of Armstrong's achievement, presented here is a Belgian commemorative stamp cover issued in 1969 in honor of Armstrong's feat as the First Man on the Moon. Armstrong has graced this unique relic with a bold blue ballpoint pen signature along the left hand side. The signature is clean and bold, projecting a solid "9-10" appearance.
