Superb fountain pen autograph with highly collectible inscription, penned by The Bambino himself, Babe Ruth, on a 2.5" x 5.75" off-white sheet. Addressing what was likely a youngster at the time who asked legendary slugger for his advice, Ruth signs and inscribes in black ink, "Keep on hitting that ball and you will be tops, From, Babe Ruth." Both the signature and inscription remain strong, rating a solid "8-9" overall. Ruth autographs are perhaps the most coveted signatures in all of the hobby, and one of this nature, where the Sultan of Swat himself provides a glimmer of his golden knowledge, are an absolute rarity.
