Offered here is an Upper Deck limited edition (#9/75) 2009-10 USA Baseball 18U National Team Big Sigs card signed by Harper in silver felt tip marker. The card itself is in fine condition, grading NM-MT+ 8.5, with the autograph grading a superb GEM MINT 10 from Beckett Grading Services (BGS).
