Carl signed this photo on January 29, 1997 at 9:20 pm at CBS Television Studios in Los Angeles. He added "B.S.S." short for "Blue Suede Shoes" below his autograph. Photo is in very fine condition. Carl was an American singer-songwriter who recorded most notably at the Sun Studio, in Memphis, beginning in 1954. Amongst his best-known songs are "Blue Suede Shoes", "Matchbox" and "Everybody's Trying to Be My Baby".
