Despite only being together as a band for roughly two years (1966-1968), Creams impact on psychedelic rock reaches further than some bands whole catalog. With chart topping hits such as: "I Feel Free" (UK, number 11), "Sunshine of Your Love" (US, number 5), "White Room" (US, number 6), "Crossroads" (US, number 28), and "Badge" (UK, number 18). Officially announcing Creams breakup in July of 1968 due to what Clapton would say, its members showing off." Although the end of Cream would be abrupt, Eric Clapton's "cream of the crop" was yet to come, coming into his own as a solo artist. Elected into the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist and separately as a member of the Yardbirds and of Cream, Clapton's stamp as a music legend has been made. Offered here is possibly the finest signed guitar we have ever handled by the Rock N' Roll legend. Signed on the body, an extreme rarity, in bold silver felt tip marker, "Eric Clapton 94." Overall in fine condition with minor handling wear. Authenticated by Roger Epperson/REAL Authenticated with a full letter of authenticity.
