Ernest Hemingway became a bullfighting aficionado after seeing the Pamplona fiesta in the 1920s. In 1932, he published a non-fiction book entitled "Death in the Afternoon" about the ceremony and traditions of bullfighting. Offered here is a 3" x 5.5" bullfighting ticket signed on the reverse by Hemingway in black ink. The ticket has been professionally split in two and framed along with the front side of the ticket and a photograph of the author. Overall display size is 18" x 22.5". In fine condition with some handling wear and light paper loss to the two sides of the split ticket. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
