Offered here is a signed 8" x 10" black & white photo signed & inscribed in one of the major cities that McArthur indirectly helped defeat in Tokyo. Signed in fountain pen "Douglas McArthur, Tokyo 1947." Overall in fine condition with minor discoloration. Authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity.
