A member of the legendary Dodger squads, then the skipper for the Miracle Mets, Gil Hodges certainly left his mark on the game during his tenure. Despite the fame, he was a very reluctant signer, enough so that this offering is one of the only ever such spheres by the Mets manager that we have ever offered. This Official National League (Feeney) baseball has been signed by Hodges, uninscribed, right smack dab on the sweet spot. A rarity on their own, this sweet spot example is sure to triumph most Hodges spheres headlined by the exceptionally bold signature!
