The Kennedy family had a long-standing presence in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. One a home of U.S. ambassador Joseph P. Kennedy and his wife Rose, their sons President John F. Kennedy and Senators Robert F. Kennedy & Ted Kennedy all also grew up and then had homes in the area, along with the rest of the family. President Kennedy, in fact, used what is known as the "Kennedy Compound" as a base for his 1960 Presidential campaign, and later as a summer White House and Presidential retreat. Offered here is a 3.5" x 5.5" postcard featuring a fishing harbor in Cape Cod, signed on the reverse by President Kennedy in blue ink. In fine condition with some handling wear to the edges. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
