Offered here is a promissory note between Andrews and the United Bank of California, June 19, 1970, in which the actress agrees to pay back a loan in the amount of $18,787.14. The note is signed at the conclusion, with Andrews not only signing her standard signature but also signing with her maiden name (Julie Walton) as well! This is the first of such signatures that we've ever seen from Andrews. Some light handling wear, none of which affects the document's overall fine appearance.
