Future Hall of Famer Kobe Bryant won back to back NBA Championships in 2000 and 2001 bringing the "magic" back to the Lakers. Bryant & the high octane Lakers would meet the New Jersey Nets in the finals, a matchup that was desired for years prior. Bryant averaged 26.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game and at age 23 & became the youngest player in NBA history to not only win three NBA titles, but to win them in succession. Offered here is a Nike size “52” with +4 length flag tag. On the left inseam is a tag that reads “2001-02” and a tag with washing instructions. On the left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered with a Larry O’Brien trophy embroidered behind it. On the right chest is a 9/11 memorial ribbon with an American flag on it. Across the front reads “LAKERS” in yellow tackle twill with a white border. Player number “8” appears on the front and on the back in white on yellow tackle twill. Across the back reads player name “BRYANT” in yellow on white tackle twill. Also accompanying the jersey are Kobe's shorts from that "3-peat" performance, with a size 44 tag and "8" written in black felt tip marker. Overall in fine condition with light use. Authenticated by Grey Flannel auctions with their auction letter of authenticity.
