Universal Studios 1943 monster film "Frankenstein Meets The Wolfman" would feature two of the greatest sci-fi stars of the era in Lon Chaney, Jr. as the Wolf Man and Bela Lugosi as Frankenstein's monster. A sequel to "The Wolf Man," the 1943 horror would be the first of a series of "ensemble" monster films combining characters from several film series. Offered here is an ultra-rare 8" x 10" sepia tone photograph signed & personalized in vintage ballpoint ink by the famed horror actor Lon Chaney. Overall in good condition with creasing to the edges, minor discoloration & minor paper loss. Easily one of the finest images we have seen signed by Chaney Jr.!
