This Official 97 League Baseball is signed nicely hand signed by the great Ty Cobb in blue fountain pen ink along with nineteen (19) players of the 1945 Chattanooga Lookouts minor league baseball club. The Ty Cobb signature displays well against the ball’s toned hue and stands out prominently as being the only signature penned in blue ink. Ball itself is uniformly toned with light scattered soiling but stands in otherwise fine condition.
