A trio of tie tacks, each personally worn by one of the legendary members of the Rat Pack! All three tie tacks have been safely stored since their acquisition and stand in superb condition. Originating from the "Memory Lane" collection of legendary broadcaster Joe Franklin, accompanying the tacks is a detailed Letter of Authenticity that reads as follows: "This elegant trio of Hollywood & 'Rat Pack' history was personally owned & worn by Sinatra, Martin and Davis at the Superstar Theatre in Atlantic City, NJ. They were "retired" by Frank, Dino and Sammy in 1980 upon the occasion of the unofficial "Rat Pack Reunion" that preceded the official Rat Pack reunion tour by several years. It actually had been Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin who were officially booked to perform at the Superstar Theater, however Sammy was scheduled to perform at a nearby venue and would up performing with Frank and Dean after his performance was finished. These tie tacks were worn by Frank, Dean and Sammy over drinks that we had following their performance, and when I asked them if they would consider contributing them to the Memory Lane in commemoration of their 'reunion', the boys didn't hesitate." Also accompanying Franklin's lengthy COA is a picture of him posed with the tie tacks. Impressive!
