Impressive three page 11" x 8 ½" contract on rice paper, dated "January 6, 1955," outlining an agreement the actors had with St. John Publishing Corporation to create the "Laurel and Hardy Comics," contract further notes the duo was to be paid "$2,000 as a “non-returnable advance" and "1/8C per copy for each copy of each issue published," signed on the third page in blue fountain pen ink "Stan Laurel" and "Oliver Hardy," further signed by Laurel as the President of Laurel and Hardy Feature Productions; with two-hole punch marks on top margin. Overall in good condition with horizontal folds & wear to the contracts edges. LOA from PSA/DNA.
