A terrific relic for the Marilyn collector, presented here is 1.5" x 1.5" gold plated makeup personally owned and used by none other than the blonde goddess herself, Marilyn Monroe. Even many years later, the compact still contains vintage makeup/cover up that was once applied by Marilyn herself! Acquired in the 1960s from Marilyn's business manager, Inez Melson, shortly after Marilyn's death by Hollywood executive Sidney Rothstein. Well preserved and in fine condition. Accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from The Sidney Rothstein Estate Collection.
