Offered here is a unique momento in Hondo's illustrious career, offered here is is a Size 42 Medalist Sand-Knit Chicago Bulls jersey that was presented to a retiring John Havlicek in 1978, half=heartedly issued to Havlicek as an inducement for Hondo to sign with the Bulls following the 1977-78 season (Havlicek had no intentions of playing anywhere else, but you can't blame the Bulls for trying!). The pristine jersey has a stunning Havlicek autograph in silver Sharpie atop the "7" from the silk-screened number on the back. The jersey has dual Sand-Knit tagging on the front shirttail, essentially in as-issued, good condition. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from John Havlicek and a COA from PSA/DNA.
