Young as “Member of the Civil Aeronautics Board.” Signed at the conclusion by Truman. Professionally framed & matted to an overall size of 23.5" x 19.5" with Seal affixed to the lower right remains fully intact. In fine condition,very minor arid red markings near the Seal & signature.
