Well decorated Brigadier General John P. Wisser collection of four (4) Presidential appointments ranging over the course of over 40+ years an 10 different Presidential Campaigns. Brig. General Wisser would go on to be an influential figure throughout World War I devolving chemical weapons advancements that would help land him a spot on the prestigious American Association for the Advancement of Science. Offered here are five Presidential appointments for Wisser including:1) President Ulysses S. Grant signed 1875 Second Lieutenant appointment, overall in fine condition with horizontal & vertical folds with handling wear to the edges. 2) President Rutherford B. Hayes signed 1880 First Lieutenant appointment, overall in fine condition with horizontal & vertical folds with handling wear to the edges. 3)President Teddy Roosevelt signed 1906 Lieutenant Colonel appointment, overall in fine condition with horizontal & vertical folds with handling wear to the edges. 4) President Woodrow Wilson signed Brigadier General appointment.
