A rare inscriber of any kind, this official NFL football bares a uncommon "H.O.F 1979, #19" inscription along with a near mint signature in silver felt tip marker by Johnny U. Overall in near-mint condition with the football no longer taking air. Authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity.
