Richard Nixon typed signed letter as president, one page, 7" x 10", White House letterhead, May 6, 1969. Letter to Mr. James S. Copley, Chairman of Copley Newspapers. Letter reads in full: “I appreciated your recent letter and was particularly interested in the statement you sent to all of the publishers. I admire your forthrightness in approaching these problems with your publishers, and I greatly appreciate your continued support. It was most pleasant seeing you and Helen recently at the reception in the White House. We hope to see you back here soon again. Sincerely, Richard.” In fine condition with two horizontal creases to the body of the letter. Accompanied by full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
