Outstanding Russell 2002 Minnesota Twins home white pinstriped jersey worn by two-time Cy Young Award winner Johan Santana during the peak seasons of his stellar career. He would tear up the record books during his Twins tenure and later, in 2012, throw the first no-hitter in New York Mets history.
This beautiful jersey displays discernible use throughout and all correct professional specs, styling and identifiers, including scripted "Twins" sewn across front in red-on-blue double-tackle twill and Santana's uniform number "57" sewn below and on reverse in same format. Classic Twin Cities logo patch is sewn-on left sleeve, with proper "Russell Athletic Authentic" tag sewn-in left front tail with correct "[size] 46" and "2 inches Extra Length" flap tags attached below. "SANTANA" is sewn-on white nameplate in bold navy block font. No version of this jersey was ever available thru retail or promotion.
