Signed circa 1926 during the height of his playing days, offered here is an extremely tough-to-find single signed Rogers Hornsby autographed baseball on a scarcely seen George Sisler/Nelson brand Official Baseball. Single signed Hornsby balls, when seen at all, are almost always post-career signed. While we all know Babe Ruth is the king of single signed baseballs, Hornsby singles are infinitely more rare. Signature rates approximately 5-6/10 and ball itself would likely grade a 9. Beautiful condition on the red and black stitched ball with no wear or damage present, excellent bold stampings, and great sweet spot placement of the signature. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
