Land grant, 11" x 16", February 10, 1831, in which President Jackson grants a parcel of land to Frederick Hertzer in Ohio. Signed at the bottom as president, "Andrew Jackson," in black ink. Document exhibits moderate uniform toning and what appears to be some water damage to the top left corner - does not affect signature whatsoever. Fold line impressions, have been minimalized as much as possible with framing. In overall good condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
