Offered is a two-page certificate of change, dated December 6, 1974, which effectively changed the post office address for and the designation of the type of corporation of Apple Music, Inc. John Lennon signed the second page of the document in pencil on the line designated "John Lennon, Vice President." A little over 3 weeks later, Lennon would complete an official document dissolving The Beatles' partnership and thus ending band. That being said, this document--aside from being rare and desirable for just being a Lennon signed document--stands as one of the final Apple Music documents signed by Lennon before the band's official break up!
