For many who grew up in the Happy Valley area, he's simply known as "Joe Pa." A legend in the NCAA coaching ranks, no matter the sport, Joe Paterno would transform the Penn State Nifty Lions into a hated "clean cut" program that walked the walk & talked the talk. Despite the success of the late great coach, signing wasn't one of his strong suits with the coach not engaging in a sit down singing to our knowledge. While signed items are in the market, even the most die-hard Nifty Lions fan would be extremely hard pressed to encounter a signed pro line helmet of any form, let a lone one used by a former player! Offered here is just that, former center Bucky Greeley game used/worn Penn State full size PRO LINE helmet which has been signed & inscribed by Joe Paterno "To Joe Sr., Best Wishes, Joe Paterno." The helmet stands in good condition with incredible use, most likely from a full season or more. Authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity.
