Via this document, Monroe grants Daniel Stephens 160 acres of land. Mostly intact Land Office seal affixed. This document is VG and has one vertical crease, two horizontal creases, and mild toning and foxing. Monroe’s signature is exceptional! Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
