This is a double-sided document dated March 30th, 1790 which has been signed by then-Governor of Connecticut, Sam Huntington. Huntington was a delegate to the Continental Congress, signing the Declaration of Independence as well as the Articles of Confederation, and serving as the President of the Continental Congress from 1779-1781, chief justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court from 1784-1785, and the 18th Governor of Connecticut from 1786 until his death. A very historical piece kept in remarkable condition considering its age. History collectors, take note! Accompanied by full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
