Like his teammate, Jackie Robinson, Roy Campanella began his career in the Negro Leagues before moving up to Brooklyn. Regarded by many to have been one of the greatest catchers ever to sit behind the plate, Campanella played for the Dodgers between 1948 and 1957 before his career was cut short by an unexpected and tragic turn of events. Offered here is a personal model baseball bat signed in superb black felt tip marker by Dem Bums member Roy Campanella. Overall in fine condition with minor handling wear. Full LOA from JSA.
