In 1974, two family pairs were taking the country/folk music world by a storm. Husband and wife duo Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash had recently released their album "Johnny Cash and His Woman", while brother and sister Richard and Karen Carpenter were between album releases and in the middle of the biggest touring year of their career, playing 203 live shows throughout 1974. Offered here is a one of a kind collectible in the form of a restaurant comment card handwritten and signed by each of these music legends. Although it is unknown what restaurant they are reviewing, it is clear each of them left with happy and full stomachs! Johnny and June visited in July of 1974, with Johnny signing his name and adding "Hendersonville, Tenn. The best food I've ever eaten!" June also signed, "June Carter Cash and Children, Rosie, John Carter, Tara, Cindy, Rosanne and Kathy - We've never had better food or service in the world. God be with you and yours." The very next month, in August 1974, Richard and Karen visited the same place with similar reviews. Karen wrote, "I thank you not only for the fantastic food, but also for the chance to watch and learn from you - You're too much! Thankx, Karen Carpenter." Richard added, "The food was excellent and your service was too. Thank you for everything. Richard Carpenter". It doesn't get much better than this, with four music legends all handwriting and signing on one page! In fine condition with expected handling wear and a rough edge where the page was removed from a larger book. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Steve Grad/Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
