7.25" x 10.25" sepia toned Harris & Ewing profile portrait beautifully signed and inscribed in the lower margin in black fountain pen, "For Mariam & Lyman with the affectionate regards of Franklin D. Roosevelt." Photo exhibits some light silvering along the edges of the developed image and a light halo of color variance from previous framing. In overall fine condition otherwise.
