This 1833 hardcover "Register of Debates in Congress, Volume IX" book was personally owned by President James K. Polk and signed by him on the top right corner of the inside title page in black ink. In fair condition with considerable handling wear and some paper loss, although the book remains intact with just some separation at the spine and comes complete with green slip case. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
