Similar to Mantle, rookie & pre-rookie single signed baseballs are extremely sought after in the hobby. Offered here is a pre-rookie single signed Official South Atlantic League baseball signed in black felt tip marker by a relatively unknown teenaged Jeter circa 1992. Jeter’s signature would change dramatically over the next few years, making single signed baseball examples such as this nearly impossible to find given the fact Jeter was seen merely as a prospect at that time. Overall in fine condition with some toning and one spot of staining below Jeter's autograph. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
