This letter, dated July 1, 1965, was sent to a Mr. John C. Reynolds of the CBS Television Network, thanking him for sending along a copy of the CBS work "Heritage for the People". Reads: "Thank you for providing me with a 16mm print of 'Heritage for the People' for my personal use. It was most thoughtful of you to also supply the Presidential Library in Abilene with a copy. I look forward to viewing this special motion picture on Presidential Libraries." The letter is typed on Eisenhower's personal "DDE" letterhead. Signed "Dwight D. Eisenhower" by the former President in black fountain pen. In fine condition, the letter does have some toning. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
