President Johnson authorizes and directs "the Secretary of State to affix the Seal of the United States to a Warrant for the pardon of Samuel G. Thomas." Boldly signed at the conclusion by President Johnson. In fine condition, with minor saturation to the autograph. Authenticated by Beckett/BAS with a full letter of authenticity.
