In the early 1990's there simply wasn't a bigger band on Earth than Nirvana. Hailing from the shores of Seattle, Nirvana would take the music World by storm following the release of their 1991 LP Nevermind. Most notable for their Grunge sound forged by the late great Kurt Cobain, Nirvana would change the landscape of Rock music over the course of only a few years. For many reasons Nirvana group signed items are amongst the toughest in all of the hobby, but most notably would be the introverted nature of Cobain that made autograph request nearly impossible. Cobain's & Nirvana's most popular work is without question the song, "Smells Like Teen Spirit" a quintessential song dubbed an "anthem for apathetic kids" of Generation X. The song itself propelled Nevermind & the band into a type of stardom that Cobain would later say made him quite uncomfortable, and some would attribute to his unfortunate taking of his life. Offered here for the first time is an ultra-rare Sub Pop compact disc maxi-single "Smells Like Teen Spirit" signed on the front cover in blue felt tip marker by Kurt Cobain, Krist Novoselic, and Dave Grohl on the front cover. Easily one of if not the best piece of Nirvana memorabilia to ever surface! This incredible offering remains in excellent condition with minor handling wear, disc not included. Nirvana collectors take notice as this will surely find its way into only the finest music collections!
