The 1969 Lunar Mission that was performed by Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins is universally esteemed the greatest single achievement in heavenly exploration. From the surface of the spacecraft Columbia, which carried the three intrepid pioneers, there’s now available this swatch of "Kapton" foil—a material specifically developed to endure solar radiation and the extreme heat that the ship sustained upon re-entry into Earth's atmosphere. On display on this 8" x 10" personal letterhead letter is a 1/8" x 1/16" foil from the famous landing. Signed at the conclusion to enhance authenticity by the second man on the Moon, Buzz Aldrin.
