With an MVP honor to his credit, Brooks Robinson helped Baltimore to its first World Series title and baseball’s best record during the 1960s. A legendary perennial Gold Glove winner, his ability at the plate sometimes overlooked, but 1964 Robinson would dazzle with the leather & lumber. Easily his best year at the plate, Robinson would post an impressive .317 avg, .368 OBP & .521 slugging to round out his slash line. Offered here is an extremely rare graded 1964 game used W166 ash baseball bat by Brooks Robinson. Measuring 34" weighing in at 31.8 ounces, this gamer shows excellent use, with a slight handle crack. Showing impressive ball/stitch mark transfers & bat rack streaks. Topping off this impressive lumber is the legends autograph, "Brooks Robinson, 1964 AL MVP" in bold black felt tip marker across the barrel. Overall in fine condition with great use. Authenticated & graded GU 8.5 by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity.
