This document is dated April 2, 1825, granting land to Joseph Chase of Ontario County in New York. President John Quincy Adams signed at the bottom "J.Q. Adams". It is countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office, George Graham. There is one vertical and two horizontal creases and the Presidential seal has some wear. The handwritten portions of the document show some fading and there is scattered foxing and spotting throughout. In overall fine condition for a document of its age. Accompanied by full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
