Ron Santo would have the ever important spot as the hot corner on 3rd base for the Cubs from 1960-1973. Playing his whole career in Chicago, making a rare stop on the other side of town for the White Sox during his last season. Offered here from the prime of his career is this 1965-68 game used S2 baseball bat by Cubs legend Ron Santo. Weighing in at 30.8 ounces, while measuring 34.5 inches, this game used lumber displays heavy use and exhibits slight checking to the back barrel. Several ball & stitch marks can be seen on all sides of the ash barrel. Rounding off this gamer is Santo's number (10) & bat weight (31) written in pencil to the knob. Overall in fine condition with minor handling wear. Authenticated & graded a near-perfect GU 9.5 by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity.
