This land grant, dated August 20, 1808, has been signed by not one, but two founding fathers - President Thomas Jefferson and his Secretary of State (and future President) James Madison. Dual-signed documents by these two are rare! The document is in overall fine condition with appropriate aging and wear. The full Presidential seal is present and presents nicely.
