A rare signed bank check from the Material Girl herself, dated August 15, 1984, 8.25" x 3", made payable to John Benitez for $120, with Madonna adding "Costume" on the memo line. John Benitez was a producer and remixer of many of Madonna's earliest hits! Filled out entirely in Madonna's hand and uniquely signed "Madonna Ciccone". An exceptionally clean specimen with a superb signature which has received the grade of GEM MINT 10 from PSA/DNA.
