Desirable signed document, one page, approximately 8.5" x 13" (folded into encapsulation plastic), January 10, 1967. An brief memo agreement between the Civil Rights leader and an Italian publishing company in which King grants them the rights to translate "Why We Can't Wait" into the Italian language. The brief document outlines King's royalty rate for the release (7.5% for first 3,000 copies sold, 10% for all copies thereafter) as well as copyright details. The document is beautifully initial at the conclusion of the page in fountain pen, "MLK." Well preserved and in excellent condition. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
