Michael Jordan was no stranger to sensational performances. The man who made a living magnetizing fans on a regular basis, saved one of the best for his final NBA Finals appearance. In a pivotal Game 6 performance against the Utah Jazz, MJ hit a mid-range jumper in the waning seconds as the Bulls won their sixth title under “His Airness”.

During his last running with the Bulls, Jordan wore this [size] “48” jersey. The centerpiece in this amazing shirt is the NBA Finals patch which wonderfully adorns the right breast. The NBA introduced Finals patches beginning in 1995-96. Solid use is shown with noticeable and consistent fraying on the identifiers. All of the identifiers are applied to the jersey in two-color tackle twill. Tail tagging includes a wavering Nike swatch, along with a “Length +4” flag tag. Smaller Bulls and NBA tags are also a part of the tail tagging. The inside side seam has “1997-98” and fabric flag tags.

Jordan himself contributed greatly to this historic offering by penning a flawless signature (“10”) in black felt tip marker pen on the verso “2.” Accompanied by a letter from Nike that validates the identifies the jersey as consistent with those issued to the Bulls for use in the Finals and by an authentication hologram affixed to the jersey from Upper Deck Authenticated (UDA) to validate the autograph. A jersey with truly historic significance!
