One of the most coveted signed jerseys in all the hobby is the No. 6 jersey by a young, bright eyed, Mickey Mantle. When Mantle first appeared with the Yankees, he wore No. 6 before going back down to the minors for a little more seasoning. When The Mick resurfaced, he was issued No. 7. Generations knew Mantle as No. 7 but for a short time he wore a different digit. This flannel jersey is signed by Mantle in black felt tip and inscribed "No. 6 1951". The penning rates a solid "7-8". Sewn on the left sleeve end is an American League silver anniversary patch. Number 6. signed jersey rarely surface, especially with this inscription. A true keepsake to any Mantle fan!
