A True Basketball Gem - Nate "Tiny" Archibald's Personal "NBA 50 Greatest" Lithograph!Produced in conjunction with the NBA's 50th Anniversary in 1996, this awe-inspiring lithograph was one of an extremely limited number signed during that season's All-Star Game festivities. The majestic 25" x 39" piece displays the likenesses of all 50 NBA legends and, remarkably, 49 of the 50 signatures (Pete Maravich, deceased at the time of printing, is the only missing autograph). Many players have commented that their inclusion on the elite roster was one of their greatest basketball honors. After all, membership to the NBA's "50 Greatest Players" club is more exclusive than even the Basketball Hall of Fame!
The fantastic lithograph was limited to just 250 pieces worldwide, of which 50 numbered "Field of Dreams" editions were offered to the public. Reportedly, all were immediately spoken for, and very few examples have since appeared on the open market. With the recent passing of several key figures, it would be impossible to ever duplicate such a gathering in the future. Offered here is the very lithograph issued to Nate "Tiny" Archibald--numbered 1 of 1--in commemoration of his selection as one of the NBA's 50 Greatest Players.
