Heather O'Rourke starred in the Steven Spielberg thriller "Poltergeist" at the age of 6 in 1982. In 1988, she died tragically at only 12 years old. Offered here is her handwritten homework on lined notebook paper, including her name signed at the top, from November 6, 1987. O'Rourke's signatures are practically non-existent due to her untimely childhood death, so this is a very rare piece - and a reminder of how young she was during her time in the spotlight.
