An important appointment, making Antonio Maria Da Cunha Sotto Maior the highest form of station, Consul General of Portugal. A seldom seen International appointment featuring the highest position offered in foreign affairs! Overall in good condition with intersecting folds, minor water damage & the document affixed to backing.
