With the sexual relationship taking place between 1995 and 1997, during Bill's time in office, Clinton's Presidency would be defined by scandal. Offered here is a rare 5.5" x 6" cardstock photograph of Clinton & Lewinsky signed in bold black felt tip marker by Bill Clinton on the border. Overall in fine condition with minor discoloration.
