Offered here is the December 1993 edition of Rolling Stone magazine featuring then-President Bill Clinton on the cover, nicely hand signed by the POTUS himself in black felt tip marker. The magazine is complete, fully-intact and in excellent condition. Handsomely double-matted along with the presidential seal and housed in an attractive black beveled frame, measuring 17" x 22" overall. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
